Lightwell Web Designs is a small web studio focused on authors, storytellers, and creative brands. We believe you shouldn’t have to learn code or spend agency-level money just to have a professional online home.
We keep things simple: clear communication, predictable pricing, and websites that are easy for you to update later.
Fill in the project request form with your goals, budget range, and any examples you like. This helps us understand whether you need a starter page, full site, or a bigger worldbuilding hub.
We review your request and reply within 2–3 business days with questions (if needed) and a clear proposal covering scope, price, and timeline. No work or charges begin until you approve.
Once you approve the proposal, we send an invoice with a 50% deposit and 50% on completion. After the deposit is paid, your project is booked into our schedule and we set a start date.
We design, develop, and test your site, share previews, and use your included revision rounds to refine everything. When you’re happy with the final version, we send the last invoice for the remaining 50%. Once that payment is received, we connect your domain and launch your site.
